Soft Treatment
Soft washing a roof involves using low-pressure water combined with specialized cleaning solutions that break down algae, moss, and debris without damaging the roof's surface. The treatment begins to work immediately with the initial phase of breaking down the biofilm occurring within the first 30 minutes. The cleaning solution is applied to the roof, allowing it to penetrate and kill the growth at its roots. This method safely cleans shingles, tiles, or metal roofs, preventing the need for harsh scrubbing or high-pressure water that could cause damage. The gentle approach also preserves the integrity of the roofing material, extending its lifespan.

Natural Removal
Rain naturally helps rinse the solution off the roof, further aiding in the cleaning process without the need for high-pressure water. Over the course of 3 to 6 months, the dead moss, algae, and lichen break down and dissolve off the roof. This gradual action ensures results, keeping the roof cleaner for a more extended period. High pressure water or scrubbing may remove short term moss but can't kill all of the black streaks and organic growth that are killing your roof. Spotless Results
Since the solution is applied over the entire roof, coating the shingles from top to bottom, it allows for no missed areas. When the solution is being applied on the roof, there is an instant reaction that turns all of the organic growth completely white. This means that the dangerous growth is neutralized, and after a few months it will look like new. Gloeocapsa magma causes a dark discoloration of the shingles, but once treated exposes the natural color of your roof.

Seasonal Agreements
Our seasonal agreements are a yearly contract that include pressure washing maintenance on services such as gutter cleaning, roof washing, and house washing.
The typical agreement includes two gutter cleanings and one house wash. If necessary, roof washes and other services may be added in.
If you commit to a seasonal agreement, you will be added into our schedule with a set price that will not inflate over time.
No need to worry about calling companies and getting estimates, once you are with us we will handle everything.
